註冊費用

• 標準費用(每人)：普通班/雙語班 $985 元，學分班 $1,285 元。
  以上費用包含學費 $785（學分班 $1,085）、註冊費 $50、家長服務費押金 $100、 材料費 $20、中華文化聯誼會會員費 $30。
• 早鳥折扣：5/31 以前完成註冊手續和付款的學生，免註冊費 $50 元。
• 兄弟姊妹折扣：
  每家第二位學生減免 $130 元，第三位以上每位減免 $180 元。
  學生若分屬不同父母者，需提出報稅證明才可享有優待。
• 標準費用包含家長服務費押金，每家 $100 元。班級家長代表及完成服務項目的志工可領回 $100 元禮卡的押金。

Tuition Fee

• Standard Fee (per student): Standard Fee (per student): Regular class and CSL class $985, Credit class $1,285.
  Standard fee includes: tuition fee $785 (credit class is $1,085), registration fee $50, parents co-op deposit $100, material $20, SDCCA membership $30.
• Early Bird Discount: $50 registration fee is waived (per student) if registration is completed and tuition is paid by 5/31.
• Sibling Discount:
  $130 off for the second child, $180 off for the third and additional child from the same family.
  An IRS tax return is required to prove eligibility if the parent name(s) are different. 
• The standard fee includes a parents co-op deposit of $100 per family. Room parents and families who fulfilled their co-op duty will receive a $100 refund in gift cards.

退費規定

1. 如欲退費請立即與學校聯絡，退費支票將於開學後寄出。
2. 開學前申請退費，需扣以下手續費：
   • a. 普通班及雙語班：$60 元。
   • b. 學分班：
     • 開學四週之前申請：$60 元。
     • 開學兩週之前申請：$150 元。
     • 開學一週(含)之內申請：$300 元。
3. 開學後辦理退費：
   • a. 普通班及雙語班：扣手續費 $60 元，並且每週加扣 $30 元。
   • b. 學分班：扣手續費 $300 元，並且每週加扣 $40 元。
4. 開學第五週(含)以後，全部費用恕不退還。

Refund Policy

1. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a refund. The refund check will be sent after the semester starts.
2. Request refund before the semester starts, a processing fee will be charged:
   • a. Regular and CSL class: $60.
   • b. Credit class:
     • $60 if it is 4 weeks before school starts.
     • $150 if it is 2 weeks before school starts.
     • $300 if it is 1 or less than 1 week before school starts.
3. Request refund after the semester starts, additional fees will be charged:
   • a. Regular and CSL class: processing fee $60, and additional $30 per school
   • b. Credit class: processing fee $300, and additional $40 per school week.
4. No refund after the 5th school week.

Welcome to North County Chinese School. New student registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open now. 

Start New Student Enrollment Step by Step

Step 1 : Fill out the New Student inquiry form 

If you are interested in enrolling your children, please fill out this School Inquiry Form and our staff will contact you. 

If you are interested Interested in learning Mandarin?  Adult class is forming now, please fill out this interest form. and our staff will contact you. 

Step 2 : Consultation/ Placement test 

After you receive your inquiry, our staff will contact you for consultation. Placement test might be needed based on your request. Please contact our academics deportment academics@sdcca-nccs.org  for further pleace us information.  

Step 3 : Enrollment

After the consultation,  you will receive another information email for enrollment request.

＊For new Pre -K , kindergarten and first grade students, please bring the student’s birth certificate or passport to the school office for age verification. Kindergarteners must be five years old by September 2, 2024. First graders must be six years old by September 2, 2024

Current student and family can re-enroll for the new school year via Gradelink

Registration for the new school year begins at the end of April every year.

Please submit your registration online at the Gradelink website by selecting “Enroll Me”. You are encouraged to register your student(s) as early as possible.

Families of current students that complete the online submission and have paid in full before 11:59PM on May 31 will receive a $50 early bird discount per student.
